The RIDE®, is a professional indoor cycling or Spinning® studio in Sherman Oaks, CA. With a team of 15 certified instructors, The RIDE prides itself in providing consistent, high quality Spinning classes that will challenge and nourish your body, mind and spirit.

Open 7 days a week, you can choose from a wide variety of teachers who vary in style, emphasis and musical presentation. The classes range from a meditative "inner" journey to an energetic, rhythmical ride to contemporary music, to an athletic, highly charged cycling simulation.
